Good old Lou Diamond Phillips was charged yesterday with domestic battery.



He and his girlfriend makeup artist Yvonne Boismier got in to it in the early hours of Aug. 11 apparently he pushed her and dragged her across the house.

If convicted, he could face a maximum of one year in jail and a $2,000 fine. His arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 18.
